Caroline Brons
Mr C. Brons (Caroline) has been active for many years as an MfN-registered mediator in the Netherlands (complex) private, business, and labor mediation. She takes the interests of all parties into account in every mediation process with a sharp eye for the human dimension and a solution-oriented practical approach. She has extensive knowledge of, and long-term experience in, mediation in organizations, companies, schools, and family issues. She works with other experts in order to understand complex issues correctly and quickly and to provide practical solutions. Fast, efficient, and reasonable for both parties.
Caroline has extensive work experience in business in a variety of roles and as a representative for nonprofit organizations and the government.
She has always been active in the community and she still fulfills the role of board member for various voluntary organizations.
She is also an author focused on mediation topics at Kluwer and the SDU, Magazine Mediation, and author IPR / INA knowledge base mediation skills at the SDU.
As a mediator, Caroline Brons is a committed, people-oriented person with a positive attitude and a sense of humor. Her mission is to prevent painful processes from escalating further and to ensure that people can take a positive next step in a new situation that is acceptable for everyone.
